1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all purchases, services, and communications with Blomgom.
1.2 Blomgom is a small jewellery business based in South Africa.
1.3 By purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
2. Products
2.1 Our products are handmade/locally sourced and may have slight variations due to their unique craftsmanship.
2.2 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our ability. However, colours and details may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings.
2.3 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable).
3.2 We accept payments via PayFast, Yoco.
3.3 Full payment is required before orders are processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We offer shipping across South Africa. Delivery times and costs will be provided during checkout.
4.2 While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Once the product is dispatched, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused during transit.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Due to the nature of our jewellery, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
5.2 Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order to qualify for a return or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
5.3 Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
6. Custom Orders
6.1 We accept custom orders upon request. Full payment or a deposit may be required upfront.
6.2 Once work has commenced on a custom order, cancellations are not permitted.
6.3 We will provide design proofs for your approval. Final products may vary slightly from the agreed design due to handcrafted elements.
7. Care Instructions
7.1 Jewellery care instructions is available on the website.
7.2 We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, or handling of your jewellery.
8. Liability
8.1 Blomgom is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by materials used in our jewellery.
8.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items once they are in your possession.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
9.2 Any personal information provided to us will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order or communicating with you.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by South African law.

1. Algemene inligting
1.1 Hierdie terme en voorwaardes geld vir alle aankope, dienste gelewer en kommunikasie met Blomgom.
1.2 Blomgom is ’n klein juweliersbesigheid wat in Suid-Afrika gebasseer is.
1.3 Deur ons produkte aan te koop, bevestig u dat u ten minste 18 jaar oud of ouertoestemming het.
2. Produkte
2.1. Ons produkte is handgemaak en mag klein variasies hê deur hulle unieke vakmanskap.
2.2 Produkbeskrywings, fotos en spesifikasies is akkuraat tot die beste van ons vermoë, maar kleure en besonderhede kan dalk verskil afhangend van u toestel se vertooninstellings.
2.3. Alle produkte is afhanklik van beskikbaarheid. Ons behou die reg voor om enige produk of diens op te skort sonder enige in kennis stelling.
3. Prys en betaling
3.1 Alle pryse is gelys in Suid Afrikaanse Rand (ZAR).
3.2 Ons aanvaar betalings deur PayFast en Yoco.
3.3 Volle betaling word verwag voor enige bestellings geprosesseer word.
4. Versending en aflewering
4.1 Aflewering word deur die hele Suid-Afrika gedoen. Afleweringstye en kostes sal voorsien word tydens betaling.
4.2 Alhoewel ons binne sekere tye wil aflewer, kan vertragings voorkom as gevolg van onvoorsiene omstandighede.
4.3. Sodra die produk gestuur word, is ons nie verantwoordelik vir enige verlies of skade tydens vervoer of aflewering nie
5. Terugsendings en Omruil
5.1 As gevolg van die omvang van ons juwele, aanvaar ons slegs terugsendings vir beskadigte of foutiewe items.
5.2 Kliënte moet ons binne 7 (sewe) dae na ontvangs van hul pakkie, in kennis stel van die terugsending of omruil van die pakkie. Bewys van aankoop word benodig.
5.3 Persoonlik aangevraagde items is nie terugbetaalbaar nie, slegs wanneer dit foutief is.
5.4 Terugsendingsonkostes is die verantwoordelikheid van die kliënt, behalwe wanneer die item foutief is.
6. Persoonlike bestellings
6.1 Ons aanvaar persoonlike bestellings by aanvraag. Volle betaling of ‘n deposito kan aangevra word voordat daar met die projek begin word.
6.2 Kansellasies word nie aanvaar sodra ‘n bestelling begin maak word nie.
6.3 Ons sal ontwerpe deurstuur vir goedkeuring. Finale produkte kan klein variasies hê as gevolg van die handgemaakte elemente.
7. Versorgingsinstruksies
7.1 Versorgingsinstruksies is op die webtuiste beskikbaar.
7.2 Ons is nie verantwoordelik vir enige skade veroorsaak deur onvoldoende versorging, en die dra of hanteer van u juwele nie.
8. Aanspreeklikheid
8.1 Blomgom is nie verantwoordelike vir enige allergiese reaksie deur die gebruik van ons produkte nie.
8.2 Blomgom is nie aanspreeklik vir enige verlies, skade of diefstal van enige items sodra hulle in u besit is nie.
9. Privaatheidsbeleid
9.1 Ons respekteer u privaatheid en is daartoe verbind om u persoonlike inligting te beskerm.
9.2 Enige persoonlike inligting wat aan ons verskaf word, sal slegs gebruik word om u bestelling te finaliseer of om met u te kommunikeer.
10. Beheersende Wet
10.1 Hierdie terme en voorwaardes word deur Suid-Afrikaanse wetgewing beheer
10.2 Enige dispuut sal onderhewig wees aan die jurisdiksie van Suid-Afrikaanse howe.
11. Wysigings aan bepalings
11.1 Ons behou die reg voor om hierdie bepalings en voorwaardes ter enige tyd by te werk of te wysig sonder vooraf kennisgewing.
11.2 Die bygewerkte bepalings sal van toepassing wees op alle toekomstige transaksies.
